It is May, 1979. I'm less than a month away from graduating. While visiting with faculty member Margaret Gribskov, she asks me, "So what are you going to do after you get that degree?"

It was the first time in my entire Evergreen career anyone had ever posed that question.

Man, I'm so sad that these have come to an end. Why oh why does evergroove need to go away?

You should put them all together and publish a book for the next Arts Walk, that's what you should do! The first Olyblog book!

From the Depths of Olyblog: Evergroove Trivia. Publish all of them, comments and all.

Thanks Emmett. You are not rid of me, I'm just changing gears. In a moment of bravado, I promised Rick I'd compile 100 of these babies back when I had only produced about 5 or so. If I do compile these in hardcopy, I'll consult with the OlyBlog Caiman Master himself before doing anything. After all, Rick is really the one who talked me into this craziness.

Yeah, I'll miss them to! I agree with Emmet about publishing them - -, and It might of been "bravado" but you did it, and did it well, and knowing you, I suppose you'd be able to come up with a hundred more!! Congratulations!

Caiman Master here: Congratul

Caiman Master here: Congratulations to stevenl, without whom we would all be wondering what the hell Olyblog was good for. With Evergroove Trivia, he has given us purpose and direction. (I'm not sure exactly which direction, but I'm pretty sure it is better than having no direction at all.) So, here's to more blogalicious escapades, and the expression of more truly brilliant and twisted local history. Blog on.
