Submitted by Anonymously Larry on Sun, 11/25/2007 - 9:03am.I drove to South Hill Puyallup to meet with a keyboardist for some woodshed time.
As I pulled off Hwy 152 at Canyon Road, I was met with an all too familiar view of Mount Raineer, crystal clear and full of new snow.
A dear friend, with whom I've traveled all over the Northwest is dying from cancer in his home in Vaughn, thus cannot get out and enjoy the wonders of Washington, so I called him and gave him the best verbal picture possible so that he could burn that into his mind for the day. I plan on driving up to visit him today. I'll make notes of my drive to share with him when I arrive.
We live in a beautiful area, even when things around us get a bit ugly.
