Monday 19 December 2011, Olympia—The Thurston Diversity Council presented Occupy Olympia with an award for unique achievement in the area of human rights. Occupy Olympia accepted the award with dignity and grace, and gratitude. OO workers were glad to be recognized for the important work that has been done, and accomplishments that have been achieved. This may be just the beginning, and it was good for OO stalwarts to feel recognized for their hard-work and contribution to the field of human rights. Thank you to the Thurston Diversity Council!
Prior to the OO Human Rights Award, the Council presented Community Youth Services with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

I'm sorry
but who is the TDC? According to their web site they are:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Praesent nec felis justo. Ut mattis accumsan accumsan. Nullam justo nisl, ornare nec laoreet ut, dictum quis massa. Aliquam erat volutpat. Curabitur iaculis adipiscing ligula at sollicitudin. Donec vel justo ut libero mattis varius malesuada ut arcu. In urna lorem, eleifend eget dictum in, ullamcorper non sapien. Donec in semper ipsum. Praesent sed felis nec mi mattis tristique. Proin eget lorem purus, quis feugiat tellus. Etiam justo lectus, consectetur vel ultricies id, facilisis a nisi. Proin elementum gravida sodales. Pellentesque ipsum enim, venenatis ut fringilla vitae, lobortis sed odio.
Now I know the lack of presence on the web does not mean someone or something does not exist. All I am asking is who are the TDC.
Last year's award
I can't actually answer your question, Laurian, and I agree that more online information would be helpful. But I was present at the event last Dec in which the 2010 Thurston Diversity Council Human Rights Award was given to Craig and Cindy Corrie for "their Unique Achievements through the Rachel Corrie Foundation."
This is all I could find online about that:

TDC
Good question Laurian, and you're correct that their website could use some updating.
TDC used to be the "Thurston Council on Cultural Diversity." At some point they lost county funding. Yet they keep going. Some of the members have been on the council since the beginning.
There is more information about the Council in the longer video, listed as the second link in the orginal post.
Thank you! Seasons greetings and cheers!
