![]() The old garden from years ago had flowers, which had survived over time. They return on the mounds of dirt in the spring, today the port took a weed-whacker to them too. I’m sure the flowers will be back. And so will we. Port of Olympia dismantles MayDay Community Garden (scroll down for Port of Olympia response) *** Copwatch street march report

a confession
Submitted by emmettoconnell on Mon, 04/23/2007 - 10:56am.Confession: I've been a May Day watcher from the very first time on the Westside/Black Lake-Cooper Point intersection. Since then, I've tried to follow the planning and execution of the event, and up until 2003, watching. In the grand scheme of things, I don't know what that means, but I thought I would put it out there.
I think it might be my attraction to the cold filtered anarchist philosophy. I can respect it, use it as a reference point, but never embrace it. I also love Crimethinc, maybe even more than May Day.
What a confession!
