"Action" has connotations that I'm not sure fits with the idea so far.
How about Olympia Friends Network?

Olympia Action Network sounds like it could end up on a list that gets your organization raided a la this summer's Republican convention.
I'm all for action and reading to kids and planting trees but maybe the name could represent some kind of change, too.
How about "Yes We Can Olympia" or "Olympia Change Network"?
