Looking south on Franklin

Washington State Capitol building on the right still sporting it's rather unique octagonal clock tower.

What is the other domed structure on the left?

It's a steeple.

You are correct.

I believe that domed structure on the left was the Youth of Olympia Institute for Caiman Kinetic Studies (YOICKS!), but I could be wrong.
