The fact that there is question regarding whether some have the right to knowingly cause harm to others sort of baffles me. I'd also like to see car exhaust, animal farm operations, and factory emmissions become respectful of the health of community members.

A related tidbit: A voter's survey showed that Democrats are more likely to smoke than Republicans. I'm going to speculate that many Republicans are laughing their way to the bank with tobacco stock profits in hand, knowing that their political counterparts are likely to have foreshortened political lives. This perspective is fueled by my belief that many people who smoke are contributing to their oppression by those who would profit from creating health problems that will adversely affect their lives. I fully empathize with entrapment within the power of addiction and wish everyone who reads this much health and much happiness.
