 Updated: 1 hour, 49 minutes ago WASHINGTON - The Justice Department on Thursday said Internet service providers should be allowed to charge a fee for priority Web traffic. The agency told the Federal Communications Commission, which is reviewing high-speed Internet practices, that it is opposed to "Net neutrality," the principle that all Internet sites should be equally accessible to any Web user. Not good news...
Submitted by Rick on Thu, 09/06/2007 - 11:03am....but I'm not sure that many people give a rip what the justice dept. thinks these days. They haven't proven to be a very reliable source of information lately.
