I misunderstood the schedule for the Evergreen men's side, but that "game" on Sunday against North Idaho CC was actually a scrimmage. So, the poor performance I saw by the Geoducks in the last 20 minutes of the second half was not representative of their actual form. The only real action I saw was dominance by North Idaho, and a goal by the visitors.

The Saints men's side dropped a game against Biola (0-2) but came back and beat Hawaii Hilo in Lacey 2-1 for their first ever win. The Saints women dropped the other side of the double header 1-3 against Hilo.

Both the men's and women's sides for the Saints will play Humbolt University down in northern California this afternoon, and then Notre Dame de Namur in Arcata on Saturday. Word to the Saints, leave northern California before you get soft. The men will play Whitman at home on Tuesday.

Over the weekend, the Canadians did a job on the women Geoducks, with University of British Columbia taking them 1-3 last Friday and Simon Fraser 0-2 on Saturday.

The Arno Zoske Tournament will kick off over on the west side. The Evergreen men will play the University of British Columbia on Saturday and then Simon Fraser. The women's side will play Thompson River's University on Saturday and then the seemingly only other non-Canadian team, Pacific Lutheran University, on Sunday. Be aware, there is admission to these games.
