Across the country Republican legislators and right-wing institutions are attacking women's rights. New laws are redefining rape, restricting access to contraceptives, and requiring invasive medical procedures in the form of transvaginal ultrasounds before abortions are permitted. Conservative groups are also attempting to cut off funding to Planned Parenthood which millions of women rely upon on for basic healthcare. These despicable acts recently culminated in radio shock-jock Rush Limbaugh calling a reproductive rights activist a "slut" and "prostitute"!

In response, women's rights supporters are organizing a "March against the War on Women" in all 50 states on April 28. Come to this public meeting to learn more about these attacks and get involved with the March against the War on Women action in Olympia! This is the first step toward building a fighting mass movement to end the assault on women's rights and challenge the root causes of oppression!
