Submitted by Tschida on Mon, 02/11/2008 - 4:02pm.Not being a legal research expert, I found something that seems pretty relavent. Waters acted as a look out for the arsonists do commit their terrorism. In this court document Waters seems to be trying to take issue with the time line{see link at bottom} of the serialized documents provided to the defense over the course of 55 days. The court rejected this and the pre-trial motions continued forward. It is clear from the document that Mrs. Waters is complicit in an act of terrorism, and that she is not being unjustly persecuted. If she is innocent, I hope she is freed, and she manages to stay clear of people who commit acts of terrorism, and lives a long peaceful life. If she is guilty, I hope the trial demonstrates this clearly and she is locked up for the entire term of the available sentence, which looks to be 20 years.

One of the great non sequiturs of the left is that, if the free market doesn't work perfectly, then it doesn't work at all-- and the government should step in.
