ArtPOWER!

POWER will be hosting ArtPOWER this weekend at Whittle. Come shop for unique gifts for friends and family! All proceeds benefit artists and POWER (Parents Organizing for Welfare and Economic Rights). Whittle will be open throughout.

Coffee, desserts, and live music by the Olympia Free Choir, Jenny Jenkins, Vince Brown, Sara Holt-Knox, Rheanna Murray and more!

December 12-13, 10 AM - 6 PM both days, Plus Reception Saturday, 7-9 PM

Artists/Crafters receive up to 50% of the sale price—The rest will go directly to support POWER in its work toward a world where children and caregiving are truly valued, and the devastation of poverty has been eradicated. Please consider contributing something to this awesome project!

I realize that there are sites like etsy and ebay for people to showcase their creative work, but I think it'd be neat for people here to show off their creative talent, whether it be drawings, paintings, knittings, or whatever. The local creative scene is really interesting to me.
