All day today, there will be people outside of Planned Parenthood with signs of support for this awesome organization. If you agree, join them, or bring them food, or just honk your horn and cheer. (Sorry my photos are so crappy)
We are gathering Wednesday afternoon to show our local Planned Parenthood and the people who work there just how much we appreciate what they do, and the way that they keep doing it despite the dangers attached and the presence of anti-choice protesters.
Please feel free to come on by and show your support for Planned Parenthood and reproductive rights. Bring your own sign or borrow one of ours.
This will be happening outside the Olympia Planned Parenthood at Legion and Adams. Hope to see you there.
We are gathering to show our support for Planned Parenthood and all of the services it provides for our community. We'll be getting down there around noon and leaving sometime in the afternoon. You can bring your own signs, or you can borrow one of ours. Also, there will be homemade cookies.
Hope to see you there.
Info about of Wednesday March 10th protest coming along shortly.
---Sorry about the extremely last-minute nature of this event announcement---
From September 26th to November 1st, our local Planned Parenthood will be under attack from a group called "40 Days for Life," as will many other clinics across the country. We are gathering to voice our opinions and our appreciation for the many services Planned Parenthood offers. Don't let a group of extremists with grisly signs be your voice! Let them know you disagree by coming to our event on Saturday. Signs will be available, but feel free to bring your own.
