Douglas Mackey, who is organizing the local effort, told me about a conversation today between Noam Chomsky and the Afghan Youth Peace Volunteers. According to Doug, Chomsky asked the Youth Peace Volunteers what he could do. They in turn asked Mr. Chomsky what they could do.
