Mar 15 2008 - 3:00pm Someone asked me how long I will be conducting the introductory class for hand drums and percussion. My answer is "As long as people keep signing up!" Well people are already signing up for the March sessions so the dates are Saturday March 15th, 22nd and 29th at 3pm.This will be at Yenney’s West Side Store 1404 Harrison Ave, Olympia. The cost for all 3 workshops is $35. In this introductory course we will cover... Listening Skills Simple Rhythmic Patterns Handing Techniques Drumming Etiquette Breathing Group Dynamics Drum Sounds Experiential Percussion Volume Tempo Polyrhythm Timbre Pitch Drum Tuning Please sign up early to avoid disappointment.
