This is really sad news.

That we can expect people to be more and more reliant on a system of representatives that may or may not be able to truly shine light on the climate of things.

That we can expect the tolerance of those with opinions outside the main-stream to be stifled under the guise of security and regulation for everyone's "best" interest.

That we can expect dissent to be trivialized, labeled as terror, and not seen as voices exercising their right to address problems in their environment.

When all the outlets to be heard are owned by a single demographic of employees, that all answer to the same ideology, evolution will not only appear as painful, but as conflict.

These and other reasons, are why we must fight to maintain our dignity as humans who speak truth in the face of Dollar signs.
