Artist and Craftpersons wanted for Arts Walk art bazaar

The Olympia Downtown YMCA will be hosting an art bazaar on Friday, April 22 from 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. during this year's Arts Walk. We still have room for local artists to show and sell their work. Tables are $25 and those proceeds go to support youth and teen programming. If you are a painter, photographer, sculpter, jeweler, basket weaver, or any other creative person looking to get your work out in the community, let us know. If you'd like more information, call or email Mark Lutsock (360)918-0264 or lutsockm@ssymca.net.

This Is A Poem

This Is A PoemHi.  We're Richard
and Jason.  We're
performing:  This Is
A Poem.  Our piece?
It's as original as
Muzak on an iPad.
You might remember us from such public

previous poetry
performances
(probably) as
Grandma's House, Radio
8-Ball, Cast Off Arts
Lab, Olympia
Timberland Library,
the studios of KAOS and
I Love You

Variety Show.
If not, hi.  We're big in Japan™.
This is a poem.
We will be performing
twice,
Friday, April 23rd,
(7 & 9pm) at

Matter Art Gallery
5th Ave SW.

We'll even release
you in time
for the nearby 9:30pm Illuminated
Procession.
                  This Is A Poem
   is about 20 minutes.

Arts Walk TOP SECRET Performance

It's Fall Arts Walk, and lots and lots of cool things will be going on, and you'll be busy, and walking around, and having a great ol' time in general, and there will probably be art and jugglers and clowns and musicians and things to catch your interest.

There is, though, a TOP SECRET performance happening at Arts Walk tonight, and one that you should not miss.

At 6:10pm this evening, sharp (don't be late), you will be dazzled, mystified, amused, entertained, and otherwise awed by a unique and spectacular Arts Walk performance.

I'd show up at 6:00 if I were you, just so you don't miss out.
