Karen Burns will talk about the six most important things you need to know to get a job. Bonus: one of these is also key to keeping that job. Burns has worked 59 jobs over a period of 40 years in 22 cities and four countries. All this experience taught her a lot! So she wrote a book, "The Amazing Adventures of Working Girl: Real-Life Career Advice You Can Actually Use," wherein she tells a tale from each of her jobs and then pairs it with a career/life lesson.
