Ideally, yes, sure, I'd vote for no violence, but what is a weapon? I can kill with my hands, are they banned? ...or just rifles & knives & stuff like neutron bombs or UCAVs? Too simplistic.

I heard a new one when it comes to the "Guns don't kill people, people kill people" saying. If this is true, then every misspelled werd is the fault of my keyboard, not my hands.

That doesn't always work though. Some people don't respond well to reason. Some people don't care and would rather cause mayhem.
