Madeline (Maddy) Price Harris is 15 years old, she was last seen May 7th, 2001 in Olympia. Her hair was cut short before she disappeared.

Maddy

Madeline Harris is a sophomore at Capital High School in Olympia, Washington.  On Saturday, May 7, she ran away from home, and has been missing since.  Although I don't personally have all the details, I understand that she was being bullied, both offline and online on Facebook, and that at least one of the people who was bullying her is also missing.

Maddy is one of my daughter's friends.  My daughter saw her last Friday and said that there was no indication anything unusual was happening.  We are all deeply concerned about Maddy's safety.  It is absolutely critical that we spread the word, particularly south into California, as apparently there may be some hints that she might have headed (or have been taken) to Southern California.

Where is Maddy?

Maddy may have made the initial decision to walk out the door, but the question is – what happened once she left? Who might have been in contact with her prior to her disappearance? Did she meet some unsavory guy online who lured her to join him somewhere, promising her the world? No one knows which is what’s so disturbing to her family.

There’s always the chance a concerned person who believes they’re doing Maddy a favor is assisting in her disappearance, but there’s just as much of a chance she’s now being held against her will by a person with deviant intentions.
