I wonder if this thing is still on the books. Many an embarrassing ordinance or state code has been discovered that was not recinded and just lingered there forgotten. Like the time in 1988 while Idaho was in the throws of celebrating its centinial, when someone took a closer look at the state's illustious history and discovered a law, still on the books, from the early days prohibiting Mormons from voting. Whoa boy! You never saw a Legislature move so quickly to pass a bill!
